REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

We understand that plans can change. This policy explains how we handle cancellations, rescheduling, and refund requests for our services and experiences.

Please review the terms provided with your selected service before paying or registering.

  1. INDIVIDUAL CONSULTATIONS AND COACHING

Please provide at least 12 hours’ notice when canceling or rescheduling an appointment.

Paid appointments canceled with at least 12 hours’ notice are eligible for a refund or rescheduling, subject to availability.

Appointments canceled with less than 12 hours’ notice and missed appointments are generally nonrefundable, except where required by law. Contact us to discuss whether an alternative arrangement is available.

For complimentary appointments, please cancel promptly if you cannot attend.

  1. WORKSHOPS AND GROUP EVENTS

Unless different terms were clearly disclosed before registration, refund requests for paid workshops and group events must be received at least seven calendar days before the scheduled event.

Requests received by that deadline are eligible for a refund. Requests received afterward and missed events are generally nonrefundable, except where required by law.

Rescheduling or registration transfers may be available by arrangement but are not guaranteed.

If you registered for a complimentary event, please cancel when you cannot attend so the space can be offered to someone else.

  1. SPEAKING ENGAGEMENTS, PRIVATE WORKSHOPS, AND SELF-COMMITMENT CEREMONIES

Customized bookings require confirmation of availability, scope, location, and fees before payment.

Your written booking agreement will explain payment schedules, cancellation deadlines, rescheduling options, and any specifically identified nonrefundable amounts or preparation charges.

Please review and accept those terms before submitting payment. A payment receipt alone does not confirm a date or venue. Your booking is confirmed when AHTS provides written confirmation.


If you have not received an agreement or are unsure which terms apply, contact info@ahtshub.com before paying.

  1. CANCELLATIONS OR DATE CHANGES BY AHTS

If AHTS cancels a paid service or changes its scheduled date, you may choose an available replacement date or a refund for the canceled service.

You are not required to accept a replacement date.

For partially completed services, any refund for the undelivered portion will be handled according to the booking agreement and applicable law.

  1. EDUCATIONAL MATERIALS AND DOWNLOAD ACCESS

Complimentary resources have no purchase charge to refund.

If materials included with a paid service are missing, inaccessible, or incorrect, contact us so we can restore access, provide a replacement, or discuss an appropriate resolution.

  1. HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND OR SCHEDULE CHANGE

Email info@ahtshub.com with:

• Your name
• The email address used for booking
• Your booking or payment reference, if available
• The service or event name and scheduled date
• Whether you are requesting cancellation, rescheduling, or a refund

For individual appointments, you may also use the appointment-management link in your confirmation email.

Do not send full payment-card details, passwords, or other sensitive financial information.

  1. REFUND PROCESSING

Approved refunds will be initiated through the original payment method, generally within 10 business days after approval.

Your financial institution or payment provider may require additional time to post the funds. Contact us if an approved refund has not arrived within the timeframe provided.

  1. EXISTING PURCHASES AND BOOKINGS

Updates to this policy apply prospectively. Purchases and bookings made before an update retain the terms provided when they were made.

  1. YOUR RIGHTS

Nothing in this policy limits rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Any service-specific terms will be provided before payment. If this page and your booking documents appear inconsistent, contact us for clarification before proceeding.
