WHAT IS A HEART TO SERVE?

A Heart To Serve Coaching & Events is a Columbus, Ohio-based business focused on personal growth, professional development, compassionate leadership, and meaningful community experiences.

Through coaching, workshops, speaking engagements, educational resources, and self-commitment ceremonies, we help people move forward with greater confidence, clarity, and purpose.

WHO DO YOU SERVE?

We welcome individuals, emerging professionals, entrepreneurs, businesses, nonprofits, and community organizations. Each program or event listing identifies its intended audience and any age requirements.

WHAT CONSULTATION SERVICES DO YOU OFFER?

Heart-to-Heart Discovery — A complimentary, 30-minute introduction to discuss your goals and explore whether our services are a good fit.

Confidence & Direction — A 60-minute session focused on strengths, goals, self-awareness, and practical next steps. Current introductory rate: $65.

Workplace Wellness & Renewal — A 60-minute session exploring workplace challenges, professional boundaries, communication, and healthier work habits. Current introductory rate: $65.

HOW DO I BOOK AN APPOINTMENT?

Use the consultation links on our website to visit our Setmore scheduling page. Select your service, choose an available appointment, and follow the booking instructions.

ARE SERVICES AVAILABLE VIRTUALLY OR IN PERSON?

Available formats vary by service. Your booking or event listing will identify the format, location, and joining instructions. In-person appointments must be arranged and confirmed in advance.

WHAT WORKSHOPS DO YOU OFFER?

Our learning experiences explore leadership, customer service, confidence, workforce readiness, workplace wellness, creativity, and personal growth.

CAN AN ORGANIZATION REQUEST A SPEAKER OR CUSTOM WORKSHOP?

Yes. We welcome inquiries from businesses, schools, nonprofits, faith-based organizations, and community groups.

Use the Speaking & Engagements inquiry form or email info@ahtshub.com with your event date, audience, location, topic, and estimated attendance. We will discuss availability, scope, and pricing before confirming an engagement.

WHAT IS A SELF-COMMITMENT CEREMONY?

A self-commitment ceremony is a personalized, symbolic celebration of your story, values, and promises to yourself. It can honor a milestone, fresh start, or renewed commitment to your growth.

These ceremonies are not legal marriages. You do not need to be single to participate.

HOW DO I ARRANGE A CEREMONY?

Visit our Self-Commitment Ceremonies page to explore the experiences, then contact us to discuss your preferred date, location, and package.

Please confirm availability and final details before submitting payment. A payment receipt alone does not reserve a date; written confirmation from AHTS is required.

WHAT IF I NEED TO CANCEL OR RESCHEDULE?

For individual appointments, provide at least 12 hours’ notice to qualify for a refund or rescheduling.

For paid workshops, submit refund requests at least seven calendar days before the event, unless different terms were clearly provided before registration.

Speaking engagements and ceremonies follow the cancellation and rescheduling terms in the written booking agreement.

Visit the AHTS Resource Library for complimentary worksheets, checklists, and practical learning materials. Additional materials may be included in specific programs and events.

DO YOUR SERVICES REPLACE THERAPY OR PROFESSIONAL ADVICE?

No. Our coaching, workshops, ceremonies, and resources provide education and personal or professional development support. They do not replace licensed mental-health care, medical treatment, legal advice, or financial advice.

DO YOU OFFER INTERNSHIPS OR CONTRACTOR OPPORTUNITIES?

Internship responsibilities, compensation, hours, and learning objectives are explained before acceptance. Contractor projects are governed by an agreed written scope and payment terms.
